    UPDATE as of Thursday at 9 a.m. - The County Commissioners did implement a county wide stage 1 fire ban. It went into effect at midnight last night. The fireworks show in Thermopolis has been canceled. A special meeting of the Hot Springs County Commissioners is set for Wednesday, June 30, when a proposal will be discussed to implement a county wide stage 1 fire ban.     The Wyoming State Parks, Historic Sites and Trails (SPHST) is seeking Requests for Information (RFI) for development of concession management opportunities at Hot Springs State Park in Thermopolis. According to wyoparks.wyo.gov, the RFI release date was June 22 and site visits may be conducted through August 15. Submission deadline for questions is September 15 and responses are due October 29. Dakota Jeffs and Debra Tudor resigned from the board due to conflicting time commitments.
