Studio Theatre at CCPA is pleased to announce the addition of Thermopolis to their sixth season tour of Famous & Infamous Women of the West: The Cody Monologues.

This original, one-act play features some of the most important, yet oft forgot, women who helped shape Wyoming history.

The performance will take place on Tuesday, July 13 at 7 p.m. at the Hot Springs State Park pavilion band shell.

Sponsored in part by the Wyoming Arts Council and Hot Springs State Park, the performance is free with donations accepted and appreciated.

“We are so excited to be coming to Thermopolis as part of our Wyoming tour,” says the play’s author and director Bethany Sandvik.

“I know the audience will love hearing the true and fascinating stories of these remarkable women.”

Some of the cast has been involved from the beginning including Karen Grimm, who plays Orilla Downing, Sandvik who will appear as Cassie Waters, and Annamarie Victor, who portrays the artist Olive Fell.

The cast also includes: Bethia Kalenak (Caroline Lockhart ), Ilene Schmieser (Etta Feeley), and Erin Zagorodney (Dr. Lane). The performance is free with donations accepted and appreciated.
