    During the first Town Council meeting of the year, Fred Crosby, the town administrator, reported that the city’s property and car insurance premiums with HUB and underwriter Travelers will increase by 9.5%.     The December 17 Thermopolis Town Council meeting was very short with only a few items to approve or discuss. The company has actually purchased all three Reese and Ray’s stores in Wyoming to add to their holdings in Dubois, Glenrock and other Wyoming towns.
