Prosecutors will now need to decide whether to take the case to trial a third time. The appellate court ordered Cercy’s 2018 conviction of third-degree sexual assault thrown out because the jury at his Thermopolis trial was not properly instructed on state law governing the charge.     The Discover Thermopolis shop located in downtown Thermopolis now has the largest selection of hot sauces in the state of Wyoming, according to owner Howie Samelson. The store has over 700 different flavors and it might be more than in the state of Colorado as well, according to one distributor.
