Christensen takes over at Specialty Towing

Wyatt Christensen is the new manager of Specialty Towing and Auto Care. The owner is still Dennis Leonhardt but Wyatt is working toward purchasing the business hopefully by August.

Christensen has over 20 years experience in this type of business. In fact, he helped start this business in 1999 with his mentor Bill Wells, the previous owner of Auto RV Specialities. Christensen wants to follow in his mentor's footsteps and have a family-owned and locally-operated business. Christensen started working for Wells while in high school and later on added towing to their services.

Today the services he offers are light mechanics, tire repair, quick lube and roadside assistance. He plans on offering a light-duty service of roadside assistance with members of Good Sam, AAA and others. Christensen offers more mechanical services to roadside assistance, such as for drivers who lose an alternator or water pump, they can remedy that as well.  

Regarding what makes Specialty Towing and Auto Care unique is they have quick response times, quick turn around times, they are not afraid to come in after-hours to help customers, and with the combined knowledge of his employees, they have a wide spectrum of repairing cars, welding, towing, etc. They are also hometown local proud.  

Christensen is eager to let people know they are open for business to be a service to the community. Hours of operation are 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday thru Friday and on-call 24 hours a day.
