    Homeowners should be aware the second-half of their property taxes are coming due May 10. Your second payment must be in the treasurer’s office by the end of the business day, otherwise, they will be considered delinquent. Veterans, or their surviving spouse, may not know they may be qualified for a Veteran’s Property Tax Exemption through the State of Wyoming.     Tuesday at the regular meeting of Hot Springs Travel and Tourism, Director Amanda Moeller reported that the lodging tax receipts are up 76 percent for this month compared to April 2018, a welcome change as February’s receipts were down 14 percent and March’s were down 41 percent compared to last year.
