    Hot Springs County Clerk Rose DeSeyn submitted her letter of resignation during the Tuesday Hot Springs County Commissioners meeting. DeSeyn will perform her duties until the end of the month.     UPDATE as of Thursday at 9 a.m. - The County Commissioners did implement a county wide stage 1 fire ban. It went into effect at midnight last night. The fireworks show in Thermopolis has been canceled.     The crash south of Thermopolis on Friday, June 18, that led to the road closure of US20/WY789 between Shoshoni and Thermopolis in Wind River Canyon, reportedly resulted in a fatality and an injured person. According to the Wyoming Highway Patrol crash report, a pickup was southbound on US 20, when the driver attempted to pass another southbound vehicle.
