    The Bobcat boys and girls Cross Country team had a rough time at their State meet in Douglas last weekend. Coach Stephanie Metz said it was a bittersweet weekend for the team, running in deep snow, gravel, grassy spots, ice, uphill and downhill, but there was no wind and it was a sunny day.     One item on the upcoming November ballot has not had a lot of attention – Pari-mutuel Wagering. The option to have pari-mutuel wagering in Hot Springs County does not mean the opening of a casino, but rather the option for a business, for instance the VFW, to host off track betting.
