The Hot Springs County High School golf teams rolled into Cody last week to play in the Cody Invite at Olive Green Golf Course on August 27-28. Ten schools sent teams to compete in the tournament. The Hot Springs County High School Cross Country team opened their season with a face-off on Casper Mountain. The team competed in the Kelly Walsh Bear Trap Invitational on Friday, August 28. Competing in the Lander Invitational on August 28-29, the team played four matches in a round-robin event and pitted their skills against some tough competition. With a squad of just eight players - four boys and four girls - the linksters were up against some tough competition. The 53rd Annual Wyoming Shrine Bowl game will be played this Saturday, June 13 at Cheney Alumni Field, at Natrona County High School in Casper.
