The Smoking Waters Demolition Derby packed the grandstands at the Hot Springs County Fairgrounds last Saturday and treated spectators to a spectacular display of crashing, smashing and bashing. On Saturday, September 5, a spectacular End of Summer Jam will hit in downtown Thermopolis. The Hot Springs County High School Cross Country team opened their season with a face-off on Casper Mountain. The team competed in the Kelly Walsh Bear Trap Invitational on Friday, August 28.
