    The annual WYO Quarter Horse Fall Sale saw 98 horses sold to 15 different states and three horses sold to Peru on Saturday. Carole Smith, co-owner of the WYO Ranch, said this Fall's sale was "a good sale," and about "on par with last year's Fall sale." 30 geldings, 35 two-year-olds, eight yearlings, and 25 weanlings were sold.     Student enrollment for Hot Springs County School District is up from last year with 664 total students as of Sept. 15, compared with 613 students enrolled on Sept. 22, 2014.     The Hot Springs County Commissioners discussed a variety of issues at their Sept. 1 meeting at the county annex. Sheriff Lou Falgoust told the commissioners he would like to see the sheriff impound lot moved from its current location for security reasons. The commissioners agreed a new location with secure fencing is needed. Falgoust will provide the commissioners with cost estimates for fencing at the new location for their approval.     Fred Lombardi, 53, of Casper was making a turn onto the Wedding of the Waters road north of the mouth of Wind River Canyon Friday.     With a call to order Mayor Mike Mortimore began the Town council meeting Tuesday night with the Pledge of Allegiance and the meeting was soon under way. A review of Mac's Bar request for a catering permit for their Customer Appreciation Bash to be held on September 12 had a few concerns about noise levels but the council was assured they would be kept at decent levels for the evening.
