    The Wyoming Highway Patrol has released the names of those involved in a fatality crash near milepost 26 on Highway 120 on Tuesday, May 8. According to the report, the victims in the incident are 18-year-old Kolten S. Moss of Laramie, and 75-year-old Ib R. Jensen and 72-year-old Elsebeth F. Jensen of Cannes, France. The report further indicates Moss was driving a 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 ST SL pickup southbound on Highway 120 when the truck crossed the center line and the northbound lane where it exited the roadway.     Tuesday evening at the Thermopolis Town Council meeting, Travel and Tourism Director Amanda Moeller presented a report on how Hot Springs County did in 2017. The county saw 88,000 overnight visitors, which was a bit down from the 97,000 the previous year, Moeller said, a surprise considering the eclipse.
