Marcial "Scott" Martinez, 41, passed away on Friday, Feb. 10, 2017. Scott was born on Sept. 8, 1975, to Mikki and Vidal "Marty" Martinez. Scott was a very loving, kind person. Born October 3, 1961, in Thermopolis, Wyo., he was the son of Larry D. and Donna Mae (Apland) Gureski. He graduated from Shoshoni High School in 1980. Randy Daniel Owsley, 66, died suddenly Sunday, Feb. 12, 2017, at Hot Springs County Memorial Hospital in Thermopolis. Born December 24, 1950, in Sheridan, Wyo., he was one of six children of Vern and Rosemary (Selig) Owsley. He graduated from H. S. In 1945 she married Ernest Bonnand in Bohas, France and they were married 63 years. In 1952 they immigrated to Canada, then to the U.S. in Illinois.
