Randy Daniel Owsley, 66, died suddenly Sunday, Feb. 12, 2017, at Hot Springs County Memorial Hospital in Thermopolis. Born December 24, 1950, in Sheridan, Wyo., he was one of six children of Vern and Rosemary (Selig) Owsley. He graduated from H. S.
