Hot Springs County Weed and Pest (HSCWP) is updating their mosquito and whitetop special management programs. To participate in these programs, landowners must sign consent forms and enter into a cooperative agreement with HSCWP. Separate paperwork must be completed for each program. These will replace all of the past permissions and agreements for treatments and are open to all county residents.
