    Wyoming will have a rare treat October 7-9 when international award-winning musician Okaidja will perform in Thermopolis. He will be accompanied by Shókoto, whose music and rhythms fuse Ghanian traditional song with drums and other traditional African instruments.     A long-awaited decision announcing the West’s greater sage grouse will not be added to the Endangered Species List was announced last week. Wyoming Gov. Matt Mead and other governors stood by as U.S. Department of the Interior Secretary Sally Jewell made the announcement along side U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service director Dan Ashe. The County Treasurer website offers online payment for both license plates and property taxes for Hot Springs residents. “It’s quite an interesting system,” said County Treasurer Julie Mortimore.     The wild fires are getting closer to home. On Wednesday, Sept. 9, 70 acres of grass and sagebrush burned at the Jones Creek Basin on Copper Mountain.
