    Hot Springs County High School students brought home 14 blue ribbons from the 50th Wyoming High School Art Symposium, as well as the school's first ever Congressional Award, won by Stormy Cox. Only 24 pieces from the 5,000 submitted are chosen for a Congressional Award. In addition, Cox's work will be transported to Cheyenne and displayed in the capitol building over the summer. Breeden is wanted out of Kansas for attempted first-degree murder and is believed to be in the Thermopolis area.     Authorities in Utah have identified the remains of a body found Sunday as that of 19-year-old Kyle R. Burton, who went missing last fall. Cache County Sheriff’s Lt. Brian Locke said Burton’s body was found by a hiker east of Sherwood Drive, in the foothills above Providence.     Two Thermopolis graduates have done well in their careers, moving up the ladder to foreman with the Wyoming Department of Transportation. Chad Shaffer, a HSCHS graduate from 1992, was recently named as the WYDOT maintainance foreman in Shoshoni. Shaffer began with WYDOT in 2016.     Hot Springs County was extremely lucky the fire at the Hot Springs County Museum and Cultural Center a couple of weeks ago not only put itself out, but was contained to the kitchen area. As it is, the museum is expected to remain closed for approximately three more weeks as the clean up continues.
