What started out as a one-time thing with a bored eighth grader in the stands at a basketball game has turned into a three-year mini "career" for sophomore Hayden Mayne. The first was the CPR policy, to change ownership to education rather than human resources. Although there has been a merger between Wellspring Counseling and High Country Behavioral Health, clients won’t see much of a difference. Fremont County Coroner Mark Stratmoen claims Fremont County Attorney Patrick LeBrun is attempting to sabotage the proposed coroner’s inquest into the officer-involved shooting that led to the death of Anderson Antelope.
