A QPR Suicide Prevention Workshop will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 21 from noon-1 p.m. at the Hot Springs County Annex/Public Health Building at 117 N. 4th St. QPR stands for question, persuade and refer. This is a free suicide prevention workshop that teaches participants how to recognize the warning signs of suicide, how to offer hope to someone who may be in crisis and how to refer them for help.
