The 2015 Hot Springs County Fair, “Kids-N-Kritters”, is about to get underway. While the horse show has already taken place, there is still plenty of other action coming to fill the week-long celebration. The program will offer beginning and advanced music lessons along with music theory and all-state mentoring.
