A large number of Vesper Chapter members attended the annual Grand Chapter Session in Casper in August. Tom Smith completed his year as the Worthy Grand Patron of Wyoming. The Grand Chapter awarded fourteen $500 scholarships to Wyoming students who plan to pursue professions in religious fields.
