    Over the last couple of months the Thermopolis Town Council has been attacking the challenge of a new town water ordinance. There have been several obstacles that needed to be overcome.     The River Bend Dog Park opened last Saturday to a healthy size crowd. Several community members and their dogs showed up for the grand opening. Located on Hot Springs State Park property between the railroad underpass and bridge, there are several different types of obstacles on the dog run.     The Wyoming Game and Fish Department reports on fish population trends in Boysen Reservoir. Annual walleye netting at Boysen Reservoir this fall show that numbers of walleye and yellow perch are up. Strong recruitment in 2011 for both walleye and yellow perch are boosting numbers of catchable sized fish in the Reservoir, and another strong 2014 year class of walleye should make for catchable sized fish in the next year or two.
