Breast Cancer Awareness Month

The Hot Springs County Memorial Hospital this year will start a new program aimed at encouraging women in the community to get screened for breast cancer.

In observance of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, HSCMH will offer a free 20-ounce thermal coffee mug and a cup of coffee for free for all those who receive a mammogram at the hospital.

Mugs and coupons will be given out at the hospital, and all those who received their test will be eligible to their cup of coffee from the Storyteller bookshop and café.

The program is run in conjunction with Wyoming Cancer Resource Services, which has sponsored similar programs in Wyoming towns with smashing success.

The program will take place throughout the month of October, so make sure to get to the hospital for your mammogram and mug.
