    The Hot Springs County School District Board of Trustees voted May 20 to approve the proposed fiscal year 2021-22 budget for the Central Wyoming College Board of Cooperative Higher Educational Services (CWC BOCHES), that enables prepared high school students to earn college credits through dual and concurrent enrollment programs.     At the May 18 Thermopolis Town Council meeting Heather Hayes presented some requests for the PRCA Rodeo Parade on June 25-26 for a partial street closure. The parade is on June 26 at 10 a.m. Additionally, she said that Chancey Williams wants to be part of the rodeo kickoff when he comes back to perform and wants to have a street dance again on Friday, June 25.     During the Hot Springs County Commissioners May 18 meeting, County Assessor Dan Webber presented the 2021 Abstract for the Board of Equalization. The commissioners recessed their meeting and called to order their Board of Equalization hearing to listen to Webber. He explained the abstract assessment amount was for $2,269,947.     Earlier this month, hackers collected $4.4 million in ransom after pulling off a cyber-attack that forced the temporary shutdown of the Colonial Pipeline. The shutdown was no small matter.     The Bobcat Booster club is preparing to return the annual 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament after missing last year due to COVID-19.
