    Shirley Morgan, president of the Hot Springs County Memorial Hospital auxiliary, describes her service to the auxiliary as a “circle of life”, volunteerism supports the hospital staff, which in turn helps members of this community. However, volunteerism at the hospital auxiliary has been declining so much that Morgan has trouble staffing the hospital gift shop.     Local scout troops will be holding a community food drive on Saturday, Nov. 14 to benefit the Community Food Bank and the Christmas Basket program.     Rosalee Dawn Johnson, 19, of Aurora, Colo., was arraigned earlier this month in Fifth Judicial District Court after allegedly steeling $50, 000 in cash from a Thermopolis residence. According to a sworn affidavit, a Thermopolis resident reported that several of her medications and $50,000 in cash was stolen from her residence in June.
