    The heat has dried up grasses in the area so much they make for easy kindling, and while human carelessness with fire and flammable materials can certainly cause some scorched acreage, thunderstorms can be just as dangerous. Hot Springs County Fire District Chief Mark Collins said a fire at around 1 a.m. June 30 in the Zimmerman Butte area was ignited by a lightning strike, and was 66 acres in size.     The boat ramp at Wedding of the Waters access area near Thermopolis will remain open during a scheduled parking lot expansion project July 11-15.     The Legend Rock petroglyph site northwest of town is one of living history, helping tell the story of the area. Among those who formed the rock art thousands of years ago, Jordon Norris wasn't likely.
