    An accident occurred at about 12:20 p.m. Friday, when a 2015 Z71, driven by a juvenile male subject, pulled out of the Blair's parking lot, heading north. The truck hit Colette Spain, who was on a scooter, crossing in an unmarked area. The juvenile stated he did not see Spain, who appeared to not be crossing at an intersection.
