    The weather radar used by the National Weather Service Forecast Office in Riverton will be down for three days beginning Sunday, Oct. 30, for technicians to install an important technological upgrade. The work on the WSR-88D radar has been scheduled to minimize any potential impacts to office operations and will be delayed if hazardous weather is forecast.     An accident occurred at about 12:20 p.m. Friday, when a 2015 Z71, driven by a juvenile male subject, pulled out of the Blair's parking lot, heading north. The truck hit Colette Spain, who was on a scooter, crossing in an unmarked area. The juvenile stated he did not see Spain, who appeared to not be crossing at an intersection.
