    Trial got underway Monday afternoon in a case against Christopher Decker, who is charged with three counts of child endangerment — exposure to methamphetamine — and one count of possession of a controlled substance.     The Wyoming Division of State Parks, Historic Sites and Trails released the visitation numbers for this past year for Hot Springs State Park along with all the other parks in the system.     The Wyoming FFA Association has announced the recipients of the 2018 Wyoming State FFA Degree, the highest award the state can bestow on its members.
