    During the August 15 Hot Springs County Commissioner (HSCC) meeting, Chairman Tom Ryan presented a 16-page "Specific Findings by Board Upon Remand by District Court" regarding litigation between Michael and Michele Stevens of the Tipi Retreat, LLC and the HSC Commissioners.     After consultation with the United States Fish and Wildlife Service, the Wyoming Game and Fish Department captured and relocated an adult male grizzly bear on Aug. 15. The bear was captured for livestock depredation northwest of Thermopolis on private land. The bear was relocated to the Five Mile Creek drainage approximately 41 miles west of Cody.     The 2023 Junior Livestock Auction and Judges' Choice Bake Sale brought in a record breaking $266,429.75, up from $218,963.26 last year. Official results from the live sale and baked good silent auction have been released.
