    A cookie jar auction fundraiser will be held Saturday, July 9 for Jessica Power and her preemie twins, Kimber and Colt. It will begin at 6 p.m. at the HSC Fair Building. In mid April, Jessica’s blood pressure spiked and after being transported to a Billings hospital the twins were born via c-section on April 16. Colt weighed 1 lb., 7 oz. and Kimber weighed 1 lb., 10 oz. Funds will go to the family who will have many doctors appointments and travel expenses. Jessica is an eighth grade teacher.     Flows in the Bighorn River were raised on Monday and Tuesday this week from 2,300 cubic feet/second to 6,000 cubic feet/second.
