    The Hot Springs County Commissioners met for their first August meeting on August 5. Paul Galovich, Tom Ryan and Bob Aguiar were all present. The GIS update included permitting work throughs, and while a monthly report will be sent to the commission, a quarterly report will be given at meetings moving forward.     Hot Springs Health (HSH) announced last Thursday that they were ending their contractual relationship with local Emergency Medical Services (EMS) provider Mortimore Ambulance Service, effective July 31. HSH has partnered with Cody Regional Health for EMS services in the community. Cody Regional Health currently provides services in Park, Washakie and Big Horn Counties.     The South Thermopolis Water and Sewer District (STWSD) will conduct a public meeting at noon Monday, August 18 at the Hot Springs County Annex Building at 117 N. 4th St..
