Our Thermopolis Farmers Market vendor of the week is Red Canyon Bison Ranch. Red Canyon has been operating in Thermopolis for the past six years. They feature ground, brisket, try-tip, short ribs, ribeye, tenderloin, and more. Their ranch is located in the foothills of the Owl Creek Mountains, an area that was bison territory for 350,000 years before they were wiped out.
