    Out of Nashville, Tennessee, Rebecca Frazier and Hit & Run will be performing June 28 at the Pavilion in the Park. Playing bluegrass tunes, the group is the first part of the Arts in the Park performances being put on this summer. Rebecca Frazier and Hit & Run performed once before in Thermopolis in 2006.     Everyone loves a parade! The first parade of the summer will be for the Thermopolis Cowboy Rendezvous Rodeo on Saturday, June 27. The parade begins at 10 a.m. with line-up starting at 9:30 at 5th Street and Shoshoni. They will travel down 6th Street to the stop light, turn right on Broadway and finish up in front of the VFW.     The Wyoming Cultural Trust Fund recently awarded $195,678 to 30 cultural organizations around the state at their recent grant review board meeting held in Pinedale. Hot Springs Greater Learning Foundation was awarded $8,000 for the Big Horn Basin Folk Festival scheduled for August 1-2. This grant round was very competitive with 45 grant applications requesting essentially $1 million in grant support....

    Bryce Harvey and Dylan Shaffer move a bench which was dedicated to the late Peggy Shaffer. Peggy Shaffer was a Hot Springs County native from 1946 to 2012.     Young ladies from Wyoming and surrounding states will be participating in the Third Annual Connie Combs Barrel Racing Clinic this weekend at the Hot Springs County Fairgrounds. World champion barrel racer and seven-time National Finals Rodeo qualifier, Combs is the only person to win the WPRA World Championship on a stallion.
