    The Hot Springs County High School handed out academic letter awards on Monday night at a ceremony at the school. Cortney O’Conner, high school counselor, said in order to qualify for an academic letter, students must be on any of the three honor rolls for two consecutive semesters. For the ceremony, students who lettered from the Spring 2015 and Fall of 2015 honor roll lists were honored. There were 76 students who qualified for the award. A total of 20 teams competed in Worland and the Bobcats were successful in both debate and extemp.     PAWS testing at Ralph Witters Elementary (RWE) and Thermopolis Middle School (TMS) has started and will run through March. The standardized testing started on Tuesday at both schools. At RWE the test will run for two weeks and at TMS they will run for three weeks. The tests will be given on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
