The Elf Tree Program is designed to help families in need with a little extra in the way of Christmas gifts to make a special holiday for their children. Parents or guardians may sign up their children, ages birth -17, Nov. 2-Dec. 11 at the Department of Family Services, 403 Big Horn. The Wyoming Pioneer home took multiple trips to Hessenthaler Farm's pumpkin patch. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, they were only able to take four residents at time but all that wanted to had a chance to participate. Pat Vosler, left, really enjoyed the swing. The 2020 State Marching Festival was held digitally this year instead of 22 bands descending on the Casper Events Center. Each band was required to record a video of their performance and submit it to a group of six judges.
