    The Primary Election was held Tuesday, August 18 and the results have been made official. In Hot Springs County, 1,645 people cast their vote. Of those, 1,462 are registered as Republican, 162 are registered as Democrat and 21 are registered as Nonpartisan. Born February 1, 1944, in Coleman, Texas, he was one of six children of Danel and Alma (Clements) Allen.     Louis "Louie" Sedmak, 62, of Casper, Wyo., unexpectedly passed away on August 17, 2020. He was born to Louis and Emilie (Kubichek) Sedmak in Conneaut, Ohio.
