    Susan Diane Fisher, 62, died Sunday, May 29, 2016, at the Sheridan Manor in Sheridan, Wyo., where she had been a resident for a short time. Born February 27, 1954, in Hannibal, Mo., she was the daughter of Richard and Helen (McIntosh) Sprott. Raised in Bettendorf, Iowa, she graduated from high school then served in the US Air Force.     Big Horn Basin Foundation Director Jessica Lippincott recently received $1,100 from the Thermopolis Community Fund to pay for 13 children to participate in a local Kids' Dig. The normal cost of the Kids' Dig is $85, which none of the kids had to pay for.     This weekend, proceeds from a yard sale hosted by Kim Enis will go to Relay for Life. There are a total 58 signed up this year, with 17 in the Majors, 17 in the Minors, 18 in Coach Pitch and six in the Start Smart.
