    Those looking to try their hand at mounted shooting will have that opportunity when the Wyoming Desperados Mounted Shooters come to the Hot Springs County Fairgrounds April 9 and 10. Nicole "Scooter" Singbeil, the 2015 Wyoming "High Point" Champion in the Cowboy Mounted Shooting Association, said the Desperados would host a clinic at the fairgrounds.     Students from the Thermopolis Middle School MATHCOUNTS club participated in a regional mathematics competition on Feb. 23 in Powell at Northwest College. Sixth grader Josiah Butler advanced to the state competition March 6 in Laramie. Ten students were allowed to compete, four as a team and six as individuals.     This summer, senior KinDale Andreen will have the chance to pursue her passion, having been invited to the 2016 Wyoming Shrine Bowl as an athletic trainer. The game is scheduled for Saturday, June 11 at Casper. Andreen found out about the invitation on March 8, and said she's really excited and honored for it.     The Kiwanis Health Fair is set for Saturday, March 19 from 8 a.m.-noon at the Thermopolis Middle School gymnasium and commons. The event is held in conjunction with Wyoming Health Fairs/Wellness Health Fairs.
