    During the meeting of the Hot Springs County Memorial Hospital Board of Trustees, Chief of Staff Dr. Vernon Miller said there has been discussion of communication issues and how to solve them as staff moves into the new expansion.     During the September meeting of Hot Springs Travel and Tourism, the board approved a motion to work in partnership with the Thermopolis Independent Record for distribution of the visitor guide through Certified Folder. The motion essentially means that Travel and Tourism will no longer put out a visitor guide of its own.     Thermopolis Middle School Football came home with a 34-14 win against Worland on Thursday, Sept. 19. Coach Shane Corpening was excited about the win, and noted Will Coale did a great job.     During their Tuesday evening meeting, the Thermopolis Town Council heard from Jeremiah Balius, who operates Mr. B’s Childcare and was in favor of allowing people to have chickens in town.     Last Saturday, the high school cross country team got to test their legs during the state preview meet in Afton.
