Through the process, small electrodes are dropped in the water to create a mild electric current. This causes involuntary muscle contractions to make the fish easier to net.     On Oct. 7 there was a residential fire reported at 2569 US Hwy 20 in Washakie County.     Monday in Hot Springs District Court, Adam Maggos and Michael Guzman pleaded not guilty to charges against them stemming from two different drug busts. Guzman is charged with felony possession of methamphetamine, possession of meth with intent to deliver and conspiracy to deliver meth.
