Commissioners handle full agenda of items at December meeting

At the December 4 Hot Springs County Commissioners board meeting, the commissioners voted and passed the approval of the Account Payable Warrant Register for $486,297.70 and payroll for $226,297.70. Commissioner Phil Scheel recused himself from a portion of the financials.
