Social Security service station

Senior Center's Access Care Coordinator Sara Gentry and Valerie McDaniel, Social Security Operations Supervisor of Riverton, demonstrate Hot Springs County Senior Center's Social Security Video Service Delivery station. The unit is a secure video chat computer, that allows anyone of all ages to communicate with a Social Security agent remotely, to obtain services such as replacing a new Social Security card. According to Senior Center Director Trenda Moore, this has been 12 years in the making. To set up a first come first serve appointment, contact Sara Gentry at 864-2151. Kiosk hours initially will be every Friday 1-2:30 p.m. starting on August 4.
