Charles 'Chuck' Andreen

Charles "Chuck" Andreen, 65, of Pampa, passed away, December 9, 2022, in Pampa.

Chuck was born on March 3, 1957, to Roy and Rose Andreen in Worland, Wyo. Through his father's employment his family followed work throughout Wyoming, living in several Wyoming towns. Chuck graduated in high school in Casper, Wyo. After high school, Chuck entered the Oil & Gas industry which later brought him to Texas. While in Snyder, he met and later married Janice Holcomb on January 9, 1979. Shortly after their marriage, Chuck was transferred to Pampa. He worked in Oil & Gas for 44 years before he retired.

Chuck was fortunate to be able to live in both Texas and Wyoming. He later partnered with his father and bought their ranch in Wyoming, raising cattle and enjoying the ranching life. Chuck loved the outdoors and was an avid hunter and fisherman. He was kind and generous man who was willing to help anyone in need.

He is survived by his wife, Janice Andreen of the home; daughter, Casey Andreen of Pampa; son, Ross Andreen of Pampa; grandson, Bentley Andreen of Pampa; sisters, Nancy Knopp and husband Jim of Thermopolis, Wyo., and Donna Lueders and husband John of Buffalo, Wyo .; brother, Dale Andreen and wife Val of Casper, Wyo .; and other extended family.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Celebration of Life memorial services will be at 3 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 15, 2022, at the Carmichael-Whatley Colonial Chapel with Pastor Jeremy Buck of Redeemer Church, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors and Crematory. Chuck's service will be livestreamed through the funeral home's website.
