Rodeo team wraps up first half of their season

Hot Springs County High School rodeo team members competed in Wheatland last weekend. It is the final high school rodeo event scheduled for 2022. Events will pick back up in 2023 to finish off the 2022-23 season. Results, with placings through tenth, include:

Roedy Farrell was second in bareback riding on Saturday with a score of 64 and first on Sunday with a score of 66.

On Friday, Kamryn Farrell had a time of 20.20 in the barrel racing and a time of 20.906 on Sunday.

She had a time of 9.59 in the goat tying on Friday and 11.29 on Saturday.

Bridger Peil had a time of 18.16 in tie down calf roping on Friday and 30.28 on Saturday.
