Girls Scout cookies available April 8

It’s Girl Scout cookie season and you can order online or purchase cookies on Friday, April 8 from 1-5:30 p.m. at their booth in front of Mack’s Market.

Members of local Girl Scout Troop 1754 will be on hand with boxes of Thin Mints, Samoas, Tagalongs, Do-si-dos, Trefoils, Lemon-Ups, S’mores and new this year, Adventurefuls, a brownie inspired cookie with caramel flavored creme and a hint of sea salt.

Online orders will be taken through April 17 at girlscouts.org

Selling cookies helps Girl Scouts develop skills in goal setting, decision making, money management, people skills and business ethics.
