State mandates masks, bars to close by 10 p.m.

On Friday, Dec. 4, Hot Springs County Health Officer Dr. Vernon Miller issued a statement announcing he was extending the HSC mask mandate with a few changes.

The new mandate requires mask wearing for all persons 12 or older and encourages wearing of masks for children 3-11 years old.
