Virginia 'Jenny' N. Coe

Virginia "Jenny" N. Coe, 64, passed away suddenly June 19, 2020, in Thermopolis, Wyoming after a massive stroke.

Born July 1, 1955 in Hillsville, Va., she was the daughter of Howard and Alene (Smythers) Williams.

For much of her life she worked as a waitress and for 20 years was a retail clerk at a truck stop.

She married John T. Coe, Sr.  The couple had two sons and two daughters. Mr. Coe died in 2013.

Jenny enjoyed looking after others, keeping a clean house and spending time with her family. She enjoyed going to the rifle range with her fiancé, Jack, and riding on his motorcycle.

Virginia came to Thermopolis in 2019 where she became engaged to Jack Mayfield of Thermopolis. The couple had planned to wed in August.

She is survived by her children, Christopher, Johnny (Emily),Chelsea (Josh) and Tracy (Eddie); brothers, John and Roger Williams; sister, Marie Keesee; sister-in-law, Angie Williams; twelve grandchildren and one great grandchild, all of Virginia; and her fiancé, Jack Mayfield. 

Jenny was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Glen Williams; and husband, John.
