A sure sign that spring is just over the horizon is the start of Daylight Saving Time happening at 2 a.m. Sunday, March 8.
Remember to set your clocks ahead one hour before going to bed this Saturday night, March 7.
While setting the clocks ahead an hour makes everyone feel like they’re too tired to face the next day, sleep studies have shown it only takes the human body 24-hours to acclimate itself to the one hour of sleep loss.
A bill has passed the State House of Representatives to abolish Daylight Saving Time in Wyoming, however, there are a couple of catches to it.
First, the bill must also pass the Senate, and second, four adjoining states must also abolish Daylight Saving Time for the plan to go into effect. That would mean Colorado, Montana, Idaho and South Dakota would also have to agree to change.
For now, the days are getting longer.
