Kansas fugitive Jeremy Breeden was arrested off north 12th Street near an old stone water tower on Friday, April 27. Breeden was one of three subjects wanted in connection with an attempted murder in Kansas. Though it was the Thermopolis Police Department that made the collar on Breeden, it was a community effort of several agencies and citizens that helped capture the fugitive.
