Tuesday, November 1

10:22 a.m. A traffic offense was called in from Wyoming Highway Patrol, regarding a vehicle in Washakie County. The vehicle could not be located in Hot Springs County.

6:14 p.m. Report of a truck that was not obeying traffic control signs. The vehicle could not be located.

6:31 p.m. Request for a civil standby for a subject to remove some of his possessions.

7:45 p.m. Complainant stated a subject hacked into the email of a business. No money was transferred, and the email owner was advised to change the password.

Wednesday, November 2

9:06 p.m. Accident between two semis at a parking lot on Highway 20 South. There was no severe damage, and a state accident report was filed.

Thursday, November 3

9:57 a.m. Report of possible credit card fraud. It appears the subject is not out any money, though a credit card was opened in his name.

12:42 p.m. Request from DFS to check on a juvenile who had gone home sick from school.

2:32 p.m. Report of a truck that was not maintaining lane of travel. The driver was contacted, and did not appear impaired. He was warned about his driving.

5:46 p.m. Report of a cow on Owl Creek Road. The animal could not be located.

Saturday, November 5

11:59 a.m. Report of goats out on Highway 20 North.

12:57 p.m. Request from Highway Patrol for a vehicle search.

5:39 p.m. Report of a missing hunter. It was unsure of where he was, and surrounding counties were notified. The hunter later called and said he was OK.

Monday, November 7

6:40 a.m. Caller reported a vehicle on the side of the road with its hazard lights on. There was no vehicle there when the deputy arrived.

Tuesday, November 1

10:13 a.m. Report of a dog at large.

10:20 a.m. Complainant reported a vehicle parked on his property. The owner was contacted, and moved the vehicle.

10:43 a.m. Request for a civil standby so a subject could remove property.

1:04 p.m. Report of a vehicle driving unsafe on Highway 20 South. The vehicle could not be located.

6:33 p.m. Report of barking dogs. The responding officer did not hear any barking.

Wednesday, November 2

8:04 a.m. Caller had questions about handling an estate, and was referred to legal counsel.

10:04 a.m. A dog running at large was followed to its residence. The owner was contacted, and licensing and other relevant laws were discussed.

11:24 a.m. Officer responded to a report of a barking dog. An attempt was made to contact the owner with no success. A secondary subject was contacted, who planned to get the dog under control and contact the owner.

12:44 p.m. Report of a missing cat, a gray and brown tabby with six toes on each front paw.

1:07 p.m. Report of dogs at large. The animals could not be located.

1:59 p.m. A dog at large was found and turned over to the vet clinic. The owner was contacted, and licensing and impound fees were paid.

4:21 p.m. A subject went through a crosswalk while it was occupied by a crossing guard. The subject was later found and cited.

6:35 p.m. A subject reported a voice message that was sexual in nature, but did not know who it was from and the number was restricted.

Thursday, November 3

11:46 a.m. Assist with DFS to locate a subject.

11:48 a.m. Caller reported hearing someone crying. Officer was unable to locate the origin of the sound.

4:40 p.m. Report of a dog at large in a park.

Friday, November 4

8:18 p.m. Report of a subject letting the air out of the tires on a vehicle. It appears there was no long-term damage.

11:11 a.m. A missing dog was reported. The animal was later found.

Saturday, November 5

11:48 a.m. Dog running at large. The animal could not be located.

12:32 p.m. Accident occurred in which one vehicle backed into another. A state accident report was completed.

1:05 p.m. Report of a barking dog. The origin of the noise could not be located.

8:02 p.m. Report of a missing dog. There was no report if the animal was found.

Sunday, November 6

9:04 a.m. Complainant called about loud music. Contact was made, with the party agreeing to turn it down.

11:44 a.m. Caller reported a stray dog in his yard. Later, a second caller reported his dog missing, and was referred to the first caller.

2:56 p.m. Report of a vehicle that was parked in a lot for a long time. A message was left with the owner.

3:29 p.m. Report of a box along the side of the road. An officer found the box and disposed of it.

4:35 p.m. Caller initially reported an item had been stolen, and later reported it was returned.

8:32 p.m. Report of juveniles on skis being pulled by a truck. An officer spoke to them about the dangers of such activity.

Monday, November 7

9:36 a.m. Caller was trying to trap cats in a home, and was allowed to borrow some equipment.

2:41 p.m. Assist was done with DFS.

5:44 p.m. A subject driving a small vehicle was causing a disturbance at a residence. Officer was unable to find a vehicle matching the description.

6:29 p.m. Dispute between people formerly in a relationship. The male subject was told to stay away from the residence.
